The TRUTH About "Belgium"
The author of this site, Lyle Zapato, is clearly indicated in the FAQ menu. He does not seem to have the appropriate qualifications to establish facts about Belgium. The content of this website is absolutely incorrect, because it has not been approved by specialists. Moreover, it has obviously been built to mislead everyday people. The website is not properly designed to help people find what they are looking for. This website has been modified frequently by adding links, but nothing concerning Belgium. The links are working correctly.
Zapato is living in Republic of Cascadia as his site says, but it has weird content so the information may not be true. For example, Zapato’s Mission Statement is "End subjugation of humanity under Entropic yoke of clandestine and/or paraterrestrial agencies through technological, informational, and spiritual empowerment of individuals employing, but not exploiting, the synergistic leveraging of enterprise level subversion." We noticed only a few advertising.
To conclude, this website is a real joke and is absolutly not to take seriously. You may add it to your list of hoax website.
